Description
The meeting rooms of the Blanchard Community Library are available to educational, civic, and cultural groups and organizations in the Library's service area. Although library and library-sponsored activities take priority, groups will be accommodated based on availability.
Reservations are limited to groups of 5 or more. Smaller groups may be better served by using seating in the Library's main reading area.
Any person applying for use of a meeting room must be at least 18 years of age and have a Blanchard Community Library card in good standing.
An approved application is required for all groups and organizations desiring to use the meeting rooms. Reservations are not considered final until approved by Library staff.
Booking multiple reservations in advance? Please note that the Library reserves the right to reschedule confirmed meeting room reservations to accommodate Library programs, meetings, or events.
All reservations are subject to the Library's Room Use Policy.
